Review by hotel critic
Nestled in the heart of the breathtaking Jeseníky mountains, I recently indulged in a serene getaway at the Sporthotel Kurzovní pod Pradědem, a cozy refuge for those seeking a mix of outdoor adventure and relaxation. The spacious double room I occupied was a delightful escape, featuring a private entrance, a charming balcony with stunning views, and a cozy sitting area that beckoned for casual conversations over a cup of tea. Though the wellness and fitness facilities offered a welcoming experience, the magic truly unfolded with the hotel's ski-in/ski-out access, allowing effortless afternoons on the slopes, which our group eagerly embraced. One particularly lovely touch was the quaint restaurant that served delicious Czech cuisine, perfect for gathering with friends after exhilarating ski days, swapping stories and sharing hearty laughter. With a paid shuttle service and friendly, accommodating staff, my stay was a beautiful blend of comfort and adventure. This retreat might not be the newest gem, but the tranquil setting and warm-hearted hospitality truly stole my heart.
